Finally Found Some Direction

I have studied game development for a few years now. Specifically the audio pipeline of the game development process. YouTube, Udemy, random websites that promise complete understanding of what is being taught, and people I have met along the way have been my main source of information. Although I have learned a great deal over the years, I rarely retain the information for very long. I have been lost in tutorial purgatory!

I found GameDevHQ.com after taking one of Jonathan Weinberger’s courses on Udemy, and have embarked on a journey that I have complete faith in: The Intensive Unity Developer Program. Jonathan Weinberger and his team at GameDevHQ are great mentors not only because of their vast knowledge, but their willingness to help me understand everything that is being taught on a level that will help me retain it.

This is my dream, not theirs. There is no magic pill that will make me a successful Unity Developer. I will have to work hard, make sacrifices, and spend significant time achieving this goal. I will do just that! I’m looking forward to what this journey entails, and becoming a career ready Unity Developer!
